Campaign Terms

  1. Customers need to buy 5 or 10 cars within a month to get a guaranteed prize.
  2. 1st Campaign period is from December 1 2022 to December 31 2022.
  3. 2nd Campaign period is from January 1 2022 to January 31 2022.
  4. Customers must reach the buying target set above (Terms: 1) within the same month of the campaign period.
  5. Minimum Deposit for Shipment must be completed within the reward set dates. (Terms 2 & 3).
  6. Vehicle should be fully paid 1 week before ETA.
  7. Full payment must be done before receiving the prize.
  8. Prizes should be claimed at our Dar Es Salaam Office or Nairobi Office.
  9. Shipping/Freight Charges will be covered by the winner if the winner opts to have the prize delivered.
  10. Previous purchases from a different month will not be credited onto the next month of reward.
  11. Each Month of the promotion, the purchase counter resets back to 0.
  12. Only cars that have its minimum deposit for shipment(30%) cleared is counted towards your total # of purchase.
    Example: If a customer bought 10 units but only managed to make a deposit for 6 units, he/she will fall into the Category A(5cars) Ranking rather than Falling into Category B(10cars) (This applies to all similar instances).
  13. Winners will be announced on February 28 and Prizes will be distributed on our Local Dar Es Salaam Office.
  14. This campaign is only applicable to Africa.

Terms of Disqualification

  1. Customer fails complete the minimum deposit for shipment within the set period.
  2. Failure to pay the vehicles before the ETA.
  3. Cancellation of order after a deposit is made (If the car was not replaced).

Disclaimer

  1. KOBE MOTOR shall not be liable for any damages incurred by participants in connection with this Campaign, unless such damages are the result of the KOBE MOTOR’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  2. KOBE MOTOR assumes no responsibility for any problems between Participants or between Participants and third parties that may arise in connection with the Campaign.
  3. If there are any defects found in the condition of the Product during shipment, KOBE MOTOR assumes no responsibility for it.
